Can I use Seedream images commercially?
Depends
Seedream follows the same terms as Seedance. Dreamina is 'generally provided for private, non-commercial use' unless additional terms permit more. The BytePlus API says you own the output (not available in the US).

What the terms say
Seedream (ByteDance image model, via Dreamina / BytePlus)
“Our Services are generally provided for private, non-commercial use.”

“Commercial-use eligibility depends on the applicable Dreamina terms, the content you create, and the models or assets involved.”
“To the extent permitted by applicable law, as between you and BytePlus, you own the Output generated in response to your Input, and BytePlus does not claim ownership of such Output.”
