Corrections policy

If something on CanSellThis is wrong, out of date or missing context, we want to know, and we'll fix it in the open.

How to report an error

Email info@cansellthis.com with:

• the page address on CanSellThis;
• what you think is wrong;
• if you can, a link to the official source that shows it.

We read every report. We aim to reply within five working days, and sooner when a verdict might be wrong.

How we correct

• We re-fetch the source and re-check the quotes before changing anything.
• If a verdict, quote or date was wrong, we fix it, add a dated note on the page saying what changed, and log it on the Changes page.
• Small fixes that don't change meaning (typos, broken links) are made without a note.
• We don't remove a correction note once it's published.

When the terms themselves changed

Often a page is "wrong" because the provider updated its terms. That's a change, not a correction. We update the page, keep the new doc date, and log it on Changes.
