In the Gemini app and Google Flow, Google only says it won't claim ownership of what you generate. The consumer terms don't address commercial use. Through the Gemini API (professional or business use) and generally available Vertex AI models, commercial use is the stated purpose. Preview Veo models on Google Cloud are evaluation-only.
