Is Google Flow allowed for commercial use?

Unknown

Google's own Flow help page answers this question only by pointing to its Terms of Service: 'Google won't claim ownership over that content.' The terms don't say yes or no to commercial use. If you need a clear yes, Veo and Nano Banana are also offered through the Gemini API and Vertex AI, which are meant for business use.
