On Dreamina, ByteDance's terms say the service is 'generally provided for private, non-commercial use' and allow commercial use only where additional terms permit it; we found no such terms published. Through the BytePlus ModelArk API you own the output and BytePlus offers IP indemnity, but it isn't available in the United States. On third-party sites, that site's terms apply.
